For Emma's birthday Ryan treated us(Dusty, Cassie, and Emma) to the Nutcraker. We left the other kids at Dusty's parents and headed for Salt Lake. We went to the Rumbii Island Grill. Yummy! Then we ran to the Capital Theater for the 2 pm performance of the Nutcracker. We made it just in time. The performance was fantastic. After the the show Ryan got tickets to the tea party with the Sugar Plum fairy and other cast members. The party was on the stage and we each got a nutcracker orniment as we came in. There were treats, cookies and punch, and Emma was able to get a picture with some of the cast members. There was also a magician. It was really fun.Afterwards we did a little shopping at the Gateway. Thanks Ryan for such a great day!
